Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics to guide decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a productive work environment.
  • Lead employee engagement and development programs to enhance team performance.
  • Offer guidance and support on performance management and employee relations issues.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Partnering Associate Director should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and business partnering in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide HR teams effectively.
