Job Description

    • Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals delivering digital transformation initiatives across HR functions
    • Drive implementation and optimisation of HR systems, digital platforms, and AI-powered solutions
    • Champion continuous improvement and innovation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
    • Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to identify trends and translate them into scalable HR solutions
    • Oversee end-to-end HR project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes
    • Manage stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and budget control across multiple programmes
    • Support design workshops, requirements gathering, and deployment of future-state HR processes and systems
    • Align HR transformation initiatives with broader organisational strategy and business objectives



The Successful Applicant

Non-Negotiables:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation, HR systems implementation, and process improvement
  • Strong project and programme management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional and multi-layer teams
  • Familiarity with AI applications in HR (e.g., talent acquisition, workforce planning, engagement tools)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Experience in organisational change management and HR Business Partnering

Good-to-Haves:

  • Experience in coaching HR teams and developing leadership capability
  • Exposure to emerging HR technologies and digital innovation trends
  • Hands-on experience using Python or similar tools in HR analytics or automation
  • Experience working in large, complex, or multi-market organisations
