Job Description

  • Lead the overall HR strategy and people agenda across talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and culture to support business growth and expansion.
  • Drive employee relations, performance management, and leadership capability, ensuring a positive workplace culture, effective conflict resolution, succession planning, and a high-performing workforce.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, HR operations, and analytics, including payroll-related activities, HR systems, workforce metrics, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure full HR compliance and governance by maintaining adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, health and safety standards, and audit obligations across the organization

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, policies, and practices.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations for quick-service restaurants (QSR)
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Head, HR Director, or equivalent).
  • Expertise in local employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities effectively.
