Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR strategies and policies.
  • Develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning activities.
  • Foster employee engagement and drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Manage performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
  • Oversee compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions, including employee relations and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the Technology industry is an advantage.
