The company is a private equity investment firm. Office is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Description

  • Build financial models and conduct investment, industry, and market analysis
  • Support deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment evaluation processes
  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and materials for key stakeholders
  • Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives, M&A, and exit planning



The Successful Applicant

Non-negotiables / Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively



Good-to-haves / Preferred

  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in investing
  • Exposure to transaction execution, due diligence, or portfolio management activities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Interest in ESG initiatives and value creation strategies
