Job Description

  • Support sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential M&A and partnership deals
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and investment materials
  • Assist in financial, operational, and regulatory due diligence activities
  • Prepare risk assessments and investment recommendations for senior leaders
  • Support deal structuring and negotiations with partners and advisors
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, partners, experts)
  • Track global market trends and regulatory developments relevant to expansion

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager - M&A should have:

  • 7-10 years of experience in investments, corporate finance, business development, or related fields
  • Experience supporting M&A, joint ventures, or large strategic projects
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar
  • MBA, JD, or industry exposure is an advantage but not required
