Job Description

  • Set the direction for the Technology function in line with business priorities.
  • Oversee IT operations to maintain reliable systems and services.
  • Guide technology planning to support business activities across the organisation.
  • Coordinate technology initiatives and priorities with relevant business stakeholders.
  • Review IT performance and address issues that affect operational continuity.
  • Manage technology resources to deliver agreed business needs.
  • Provide clear updates on technology plans, progress and operational matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful It Director should have:

  • Experience leading a Technology function or IT operations.
  • Ability to set practical technology plans that support business priorities.
  • Knowledge of IT service delivery and operational continuity.
  • Ability to coordinate technology initiatives across business teams.
  • Strong capability in reviewing IT performance and resolving operational issues.
  • Experience managing technology resources and competing priorities.
