Job Description

  • Own and harmonize pricing frameworks, discount structures, and price changes across APAC
  • Act as finance partner in distributor negotiations and government tenders
  • Build pricing roadmaps to support long‑range and annual business planning
  • Lead financial modelling for new product launches and commercial initiatives
  • Support revenue and gross profit forecasting across quarterly, annual, and long‑range cycles
  • Deliver detailed revenue and GP analysis for monthly business reviews
  • Collaborate with global pricing teams to share best practices and improve processes
  • Drive automation and visualization of regional revenue reporting

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Commercial Pricing Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
  • Experience with managing APAC is a plus, but open to Philippines scope only.
  • Proven experience in product pricing, budget forecasting, revenue forecasting, and gross profit analysis
  • Strong financial modelling, variance analysis, and business partnering skills
  • Confident communicator able to present to senior and global stakeholders
  • Experience in FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or BI tools are a plus
