Job Description

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to solve business problems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Data Scientist should have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on data science experience.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, scripting, and rapid prototyping.
  • Proven ability to deliver quantitative analyses and statistical models that drive business impact.
  • Solid foundation in probability, statistics, machine learning, experimental design, and optimization.
  • Experience with ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or LLM/GenAI tools (LangChain, Azure OpenAI).
  • Hands-on work with Credit Scoring Models and/or Fraud Detection Models is an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
