Job Description

  • Lead the planning and delivery of learning and development activities for employees.
  • Identify learning needs across the business and translate them into clear development plans.
  • Design learning programmes that support employee capability and business needs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, materials and learning resources to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align development activities with workforce requirements.
  • Track participation and learning outcomes to improve future programmes.
  • Maintain organised records of learning activities, attendance and programme results.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning And Development Head should have:

  • Experience planning and delivering learning and development programmes.
  • Ability to identify learning needs and build practical development plans.
  • Knowledge of training design, delivery methods and learning resources.
  • Ability to coordinate learning schedules, materials and programme logistics.
  • Experience tracking learning participation and evaluating programme outcomes.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders on workforce development requirements.
