Job Description

  • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams focused on service excellence and customer outcomes.
  • Drive operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics execution while ensuring delivery against key business metrics.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for critical customer and operational issues.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across global teams.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks while supporting strategic business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong customer focus and operational excellence mindset.
  • Experience driving performance, transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid/on-site setup
