Job Description

  • Manage and supervise maintenance operations for property facilities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance services.
  • Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
  • Train and guide maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and present maintenance reports to management as required.
