Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead operations and drive business growth within a rapidly evolving market. You will lead a dedicated team to enhance performance and achieve ambitious sales targets across our Direct, Channel, and Services sectors of the business, while also implementing effective go-to-market strategies that reinforce our value proposition to clients locally and globally. Collaboration with partners, vendors, and cross-regional departments will be essential in driving increased business and managing full P&L responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies focused on attracting and retaining top talent in cooperation with HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Foster collaboration across various departments and with peers on regional and global levels.
  • Lead initiatives targeted at acquiring new clients in both corporate and mid-market sectors.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with internal and external legal counsel.
  • Create strategies aimed at enhancing customer, partner, and vendor retention and growth.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of leadership experience, including managing senior managers and directors.
  • Proven operational excellence with a strong track record in governance and process efficiency.
  • Expertise in both direct sales and indirect channel management, with a robust network for client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics pertaining to Microsoft and AWS is preferred.
