Job Description

    • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Philippine market.
    • Create concepts, prototypes, and insights to support category and customer activations.
    • Produce compelling storytelling materials such as digital content, storyboards, and presentations.
    • Track, analyze, and communicate local and regional market trends and consumer behaviors.
    • Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support customer meetings and opportunities.
    • Respond to customer briefs with insights, prototypes (with Technical), and creative narratives.
    • Lead and coordinate marketing events, customer engagements, and trade‑related activities.
    • Serve as the key link between commercial and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • 7-8 years of marketing experience within B2B food ingredients, flavors, or relevant food sectors.
    • Able to operate as a strategic partner to the business, not just an executional resource.
    • Consultative communicator who can advise commercial, customer, and technical stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of the Philippine food landscape, market trends, and consumer insights.
    • Naturally curious, culturally aware, and plugged into local food culture and social media behavior.
    • Adaptable, digitally savvy, and comfortable using tools such as Canva, digital platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
    • Skilled in research, insights generation, presentations, and cross‑functional collaboration across diverse teams.
