Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee brand management initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize resource allocation.
  • Supervise the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7 to 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ownership of strategic brand planning and P&L/business performance
  • Experience leading large brands, specialty portfolios, or complex therapeutic areas
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Experience in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, forecasting, and launch excellence
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop talent
  • Mid to large multinational pharmaceutical company experience strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in handling innovator products, given the fast-paced and dynamic requirements of the business
  • Resilient and with high learning agility particularly on change, results and mental agility
