Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing end‑to‑end marketing strategies for assigned healthcare products, including new product introductions. This role combines portfolio marketing, launch readiness, and business development to ensure strong commercial outcomes and market penetration.Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop brand plans, marketing strategies, and annual operating plans for assigned products.
  • Lead product launches, including market assessment, positioning, pricing, and promotional strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, potential principals, and product partnerships.
  • Perform competitive analysis, market forecasting, and customer segmentation to support strategic planning.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), specialty doctors, and hospital stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, medical, and supply chain functions for launch and product lifecycle management.
  • Lead training and capability‑building sessions for the sales force.
  • Monitor performance metrics and track ROI of marketing activities.
  • Represent the portfolio in internal reviews, strategy discussions, and partner meetings.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing within medical devices.
  • Proven experience in launching new healthcare products.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in marketing, business development or evaluating new product opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to engage KOLs and clinical experts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and market insight.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and training skills.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
