Job Description

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a nationwide network of clinics.
  • Oversee clinical governance, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and patient safety across all facilities
  • Lead a large multidisciplinary medical team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff
  • Enhance provider capability through training, performance management, and clinical excellence initiatives
  • Drive innovation in healthcare delivery, including digital health, data analytics, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Partner closely with executive leadership locally and functionally with regional stakeholders to align on clinical strategy
  • Support business growth by improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and service quality

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in medicine and a valid medical license.
  • Senior healthcare leader with strong clinical background and demonstrated experience managing large medical teams
  • Strong orientation toward data analytics, health tech, and innovation in care delivery
  • Experience in progressive healthcare organizations or exposure to regional/global healthcare standards is highly preferred
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation capability
