Job Description

    • Develop and execute seasonal merchandise and assortment plans aligned to business objectives.
    • Lead forecasting and sales planning to support commercial growth targets.
    • Analyse product performance, consumer trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and risks.
    • Determine purchase requirements and trading strategies to support revenue objectives.
    • Monitor stock health, sell-through performance, weeks of supply, and product lifecycle metrics.
    • Drive allocation and replenishment plans to optimise product availability across channels.
    • Identify and mitigate risks related to excess stock, shortages, and demand fluctuations.
    • Deliver regular business reviews, forecasting insights, and commercial recommendations to leadership.
    • Maintain planning systems, reporting accuracy, and product data integrity.
    • Partner with regional and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning effectiveness and execution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning, retail planning, buying, forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience using planning systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, and forecasting principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
