We are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to lead end-to-end merchandising for a dynamic lifestyle retail brand, driving product strategy from concept through to consumer. This role will focus on delivering commercial growth through strong assortment planning, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute seasonal merchandising strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue targets
  • Lead end-to-end OTB, assortment planning, including range architecture, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle management
  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimise product mix and drive profitability
  • Collaborate closely with design, sourcing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery
  • Own buy planning and inventory allocation across retail and e-commerce channels
  • Drive demand forecasting and inventory management to minimise risk and maximise sell-through
  • Present product strategies, seasonal reviews, and trading updates to senior stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for growth through product innovation, range expansion, and market insights
  • Monitor competitor activity and benchmark performance to inform strategic decisions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in end-to-end merchandising within retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and margin performance
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
