The Mission Integration Head will oversee and ensure the organization's Catholic identity, values, ethics, spirituality, and mission are embedded across teams, operations, formation programs, and community partnerships. It also oversees care resources, mission education, stakeholder engagement, and outreach initiatives while advising leaders on ethical and mission-related matters to strengthen culture and organizational impact.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Mission Integration Head are:



    • Lead the integration of the company's mission, values, ethics, and spirituality across the organization.


    • Design and deliver mission formation, orientation, and educational programs while promoting associate well-being, engagement, and values-based behaviors.


    • Oversee spiritual care resources and chaplain operations, while providing guidance on Catholic moral teaching, healthcare ethics.


    • Build relationships with leaders, faith-based organizations, and community partners, including oversight of outreach and sponsorship initiatives with external organizations.


    • Drive mission-related programs, KPIs, governance, resource stewardship, budgeting, and leadership participation to ensure effective execution and measurable impact.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Mission Integration Head should have:

  • A strong background in Catholic Theology. Master's Degree in Theology/commitment to pursue & complete.
  • Progressive leadership experience in mission-related roles.
  • Experience in leading mission, healthcare, spiritual care, formation programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
