Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals in the cardiovascular product line.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager - Cardio should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a science‑related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and developing high‑performing teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and customer focus
  • Confident leader able to operate in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
