Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end process of new product introductions from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product launches.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for NPI initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during product development.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in the NPI process.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering and manufacturing teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NPI Director should have:
