Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Operations Director - Advisory & Transformation are:

  • Lead and scale the Philippines-based team's advisory and transformation capability capability.
  • Establish and maintain advisory methodologies, governance, quality standards, and risk controls while providing senior oversight on solutions, engagements, and escalations.
  • Drive growth by supporting the onshore network's needs and creating opportunities in the expansion of advisory & transformation services.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with global stakeholders and fostering cross-border collaboration.
  • Oversee service line operations, including workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, performance reporting, and delivery governance.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team by driving hiring, capability building, leadership development, coaching, training, and employee engagement initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Director - Advisory & Transformation will have:

  • Strong operational leadership exposure in delivering advisory & transformation services.
  • Experience leading complex engagements and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess business issues and develop clear, practical recommendations.
  • Confidence in presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Understands how to create high-performing teams and scale the organization.
