Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:
