Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy to achieve revenue, profit, market penetration, and customer satisfaction targets for international services.
  • Define partnership and monetization strategies, including pricing frameworks and commercial negotiation policies.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate strategy into action and deliver seamless inbound and outbound customer experiences.
  • Spearhead commercial initiatives and service deployments that strengthen the outbound retail portfolio and network performance.
  • Drive synergy between inbound and outbound businesses to maximize value and operational efficiency.
  • Create innovative models and strategies to establish international leadership in both commercial and technological domains.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to commercial managers, evolving the inbound business beyond connectivity and positioning the organization as the telco of choice.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity technologies (e.g., network, endpoint, cloud, and application security).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product portfolios and launching new services.
  • Experience in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Background in cybersecurity roles (e.g., analyst, engineer, consultant) with knowledge of threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, TM Forum, and TSIA frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
