Job Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform-based automation solutions.
  • Build solutions primarily using Power Automate Cloud, Power Automate Desktop, and Power BI.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and recommend automation opportunities.
  • Support solution design reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards.
  • Create technical and process documentation for delivered solutions.
  • Provide advanced production support for deployed automation solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, innovation projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles and delivery activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing and implementing Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong expertise across Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud, and Power BI (required).
  • Experience leading workstreams or projects through the Software Development Life Cycle while remaining hands-on in delivery.
  • Exposure to Python is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting, automation technologies, and process optimisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
