Job Description

  • Design and develop power supply systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system designs and implement engineering improvements.
  • Perform simulations and testing to validate the performance of power supply designs.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support manufacturing teams in resolving technical challenges during the production process.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends within the energy & natural resources industry.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support and expertise for customer inquiries and project proposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Power Supply Design Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical design, with strong focus on Switch Mode Power Supplies.



  • Proven experience in:
    • Power supply circuit design and analysis
    • Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE or equivalent)
    • R&D and new product development environments



  • Strong understanding of circuit operation, debugging, and failure analysis.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and confidently defend designs in reviews.
  • Results‑driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast‑paced development cycles.
