Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end UX activities including research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and design QA.
  • Translate business requirements and customer insights into intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile, kiosk, and internal platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, Marketing, CRM, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve a shared design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across digital products.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and adoption metrics, advocating for user-centred design decisions and continuous product improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Interaction Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and UI design work.
  • Experience designing digital products for web and mobile applications; exposure to kiosks and internal systems is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience working within agile product development environments alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and QA professionals.
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of usability testing, user research methodologies, responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and UX metrics.
