Job Description

The Product Managers will play a critical role in driving growth for key brands within the portfolio. You will serve as the strategic architect behind brand innovation initiatives, omnichannel commercial plans, and customer engagement programs.

This role is best suited for a marketer who can hit the ground running, influence stakeholders with executive presence, and execute programs that are compliant, impactful, and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of brand and portfolio innovation initiatives.
  • Design and implement effective omnichannel and multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Drive KOL identification, development, and sustained engagement.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Medical, Sales, Regulatory, and Finance.
  • Analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Ensure full compliance with FDA regulations and internal governance in all programs.
  • Build stakeholder alignment and communicate strategies confidently at senior levels.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management within the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.
