Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and oversee engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in plastic injection molding, with at least 5 years in project or engineering management
  • Hands-on experience in mold design.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001and ISO 14001 standards; IATF requirements
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
