Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases across various projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
  • Monitor and manage defect tracking and resolution processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain QA governance and standards.
  • Ensure thorough performance testing and API testing to maintain software quality.
  • Support Agile and Scrum practices, integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Manager should have:

  • Strong expertise in quality assurance, test automation, and quality engineering.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Postman for testing purposes.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in performance testing, API testing, and defect management.
  • Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes and test strategy development.
  • Excellent skills in test planning and execution.
