Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for technology solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Create and maintain documentation for quality processes and test cases.
  • Analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance software performance and reliability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality assurance practices.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards within the financial services sector.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ Years experience in Functional Quality Engineering, Performance Testing, and Testing Automation.
  • Has hands‑on experience in software testing across the full SDLC.
  • Creates, executes, and maintains test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Prepares and maintains testing documents (e.g., RTM, SAT certificates)
  • Performs functional, usability, regression, stress, and end‑to‑end testing
  • Automates performance test cases using tools such as JMeter
  • Accurately documents test results and logs issues in tracking tools
  • Collaborates effectively with business analysts and software engineers, providing testability feedback and assisting in root‑cause analysis
