Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools to support business objectives.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and reporting needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and adopt best practices in analytics.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in data analytics and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reporting & Analytics Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or relatedfield.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • 3+ years in Business Intelligence (BI)/reporting or analytics.
