Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgets, sales, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
