Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure new retail locations aligned with expansion plans
  • Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy agreements with landlords
  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to assess site potential
  • Oversee end-to-end store opening processes, including fit-outs and renovations
  • Partner closely with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure store readiness and compliance with brand standards
  • Monitor store performance and recommend strategies for optimisation
  • Maintain accurate records of leases, documentation, and renewal timelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Manage on-site coordination for store launches and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Expansion Manager should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail expansion, site acquisition, mall leasing, or retail business development.
  • Strong network within real estate developers, malls, commercial property groups, and brokers in the Philippines.
  • Proven negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable commercial terms.
  • Strong project management capability with analytical thinking and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; comfortable working with senior leadership and external partners.
