RTR Senior Analyst (Mid/Night Shift)

The RTR Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely month-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger activities within a shared services environment. The role partners with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and high-quality financial reporting.

About Our Client

The client is a leading multinational shared service based in Pasay. They offer mid shift and night shift opportunities.

Job Description

  • Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial results and investigate variances.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Support statutory, internal, and external audit activities.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global business partners and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on RTR processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA qualification is advantageous but not required.
  • At least 4+ years of RTR, General Ledger, or Financial Reporting experience, preferably in a Shared Services or BPO environment.
  • Prior experience in a Big 4 audit firm is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana is highly advantageous.
  • Good understanding of IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid setup based in Pasay. Open to mid shift or night shift schedule.
