Our client is a global provider supporting financial institutions in decision-making and business growth. They have an established presence across multiple markets and are expanding their footprint in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across banking and financial services clients
  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with key stakeholders across banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, aligned with regional and global priorities
  • Identify market opportunities and position solutions
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from origination to deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, operations, regional teams) to deliver tailored solutions
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine commercial strategy



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales within BFSI, fintech, or analytics solutions
  • Strong network and relationships across banks, financial institutions, and fintech players
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience leading or mentoring high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate matrixed organizations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
