Job Description

  • Build, develop, and grow strong, long-term customer accounts
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing customer concerns and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding and responding to the evolving needs of existing clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within assigned accounts and target markets
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance against agreed objectives and targets
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key and major customers
  • Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing structures, and market developments

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience in the appliances or electronics industry
  • Demonstrated success in account development and account management, including managing and growing existing customer portfolios
  • Strong ability to handle customer concerns and service-related issues while maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities to expand business within assigned accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing key and major customer accounts
  • Proficient in English and MS Office applications, particularly Excel for sales reporting, tracking, and price list management
