Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of up to 12 Sales Operations Specialists.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications and completions.
  • Monitor and achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve operational escalations effectively.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
  • Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience within financial services operations.
  • Strong people management and coaching capabilities.
  • Experience identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Mortgage lending experience preferred.
  • Residential underwriting experience preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
