A international financial services organization focused on expanding access to credit for underserved communities. They operate through a strong field-based model and are continuing to scale their presence in emerging markets.

Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate large field-based sales and collections teams to achieve growth and portfolio quality targets
  • Oversee day-to-day field operations, including route planning, client acquisition, and repayment monitoring
  • Drive strong collection practices while ensuring compliance and minimizing fraud risks in a cash-handling environment
  • Conduct regular field visits (minimum 3 days per week) to monitor team performance and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, customer retention, and conversion rates
  • Handle complex negotiations with clients and ensure timely resolution of delinquent accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on performance tracking, reporting, and operational improvements



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in microfinance, lending, or financial services with strong exposure to field operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing large, field-based teams
  • Strong background in collections, negotiation, and fraud risk management
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, high-demand environment with frequent fieldwork
  • Willing to work weekends/holidays as needed
  • Open to regular travel (including provincial and occasional international travel)
