About Our Client

The client is a US based accounting/tax firm expanding their Finance team here in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
  • Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide guidance on technical accounting issues and US GAAP compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accountant (US GAAP) should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and experience with US GAAP principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
