Job Description

  • Support the Regional Controller in managing accounting and payroll teams
  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Lead and develop a team across accounting and payroll functions
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones to drive efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have:

Required (Non-negotiables):

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and payroll
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Experience working with US companies or global stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently



Preferred (Good-to-haves):

  • CPA qualification
  • Background in financial management
