Job Description

  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-driven transformation.
  • Challenge current processes by assessing whether activities should be automated, redesigned, or eliminated altogether
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, and functional requirements aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and governance requirements where applicable.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting process redesign and automation initiatives using AI, low-code, or workflow tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
