Job Description

  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover meaningful business insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions, tools, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Leverage modern technologies and innovative approaches to solve complex business challenges.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting, dashboards, and visualisations that support decision-making.
  • Provide analytical recommendations that help drive business strategy and risk management initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance business intelligence solutions and performance metrics.
  • Promote strong data quality practices, including metadata management, data lineage, and business definitions.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to support data security, governance, and access management.
  • Create monitoring processes and reporting solutions that improve and maintain data quality standards.
  • Contribute to automation and continuous improvement efforts to drive operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar analytical function.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with scripting languages such as Python, R, or comparable technologies.
  • Experience using business intelligence and data visualisation platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Strong SQL and database querying skills with experience handling large data sets.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Exposure to AWS services and cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, and related best practices.
  • Willing to work a hybrid schedule based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, with predominantly work-from-home arrangements and a mid-shift schedule.
