The Senior Finance Business Partner acts as the strategic finance partner for Procurement and Manufacturing operations across three global sites including Cebu, driving financial performance, capital investment decisions, and sourcing strategy support. The role oversees financial planning across the supply chain, one direct report, and will be tasked with visiting the global sites annually.

The company is a well-established multinational export manufacturer of multiple consumer brands. Office is based fully onsite in Cebu with opportunities for international travel.

Job Description

  • Strategic Finance Partnering: Collaborate with Procurement and Manufacturing leaders across 3 global manufacturing sites including Cebu to drive cost efficiency, financial performance, and informed decision‑making for sourcing, capital investments, and operational initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Lead comprehensive financial analysis-including manufacturing costs, procurement spend, PPV, and commodity trends-to explain variances and provide actionable insights across the supply chain.
  • Process Excellence & Performance Management: Own and enhance core financial processes such as monthly reporting, forecasting, annual planning, and KPI/dashboard development, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
  • Working Capital & Cash Flow Management: Support inventory valuation, obsolescence analysis, payment‑terms modeling, and cash‑flow forecasting to optimize working capital and strengthen supply chain financial health.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 6 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Supply Chain/Operational Finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership
  • Experience working in multinational companies, multi-site environments, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Industry background in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus
  • CPA license is preferred but not required
