Job Description

  • Partner with country leadership and functional heads on all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Translate regional and corporate guidance into country-level financial targets and recommendations.
  • Drive achievement of financial objectives through insightful analysis of risks and opportunities.
  • Influence business decisions through effective stakeholder management and financial partnership.
  • Support pricing governance, commercial evaluations, deal economics, and profitability initiatives.
  • Lead pricing assessments, margin analysis, and portfolio optimization projects.
  • Perform financial analysis on capital investments and business cases.
  • Oversee month-end reporting activities and sales incentive calculations.
  • Collaborate with regional finance teams on FP&A initiatives and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and system optimization efforts.
  • Ensure financial rigor in investment evaluations and feasibility assessments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:

  • Practical capability in managing core finance activities.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports.
  • Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting processes.
  • Ability to maintain accurate financial records and controls.
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Experience improving finance processes and reporting practices.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant FP&A experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and planning systems is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
