Job Description of the Senior Fund Analyst

  • Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages in line with internal standards
  • Coordinate with investment managers, brokers, custodians, and auditors
  • Manage fund data including onboarding, updates, and closures
  • Process fees, billing entries, and client invoices
  • Analyze financial data and support monthly revenue accrual reporting
  • Prepare management and client reports (KPIs, AR, profitability)
  • Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and reporting outputs
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver timely and high-quality service

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Fund Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Years of experience in fund accounting or financial services
  • Exposure to hedge funds or private equity is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
  • High attention to detail in financial reporting and data management
  • Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of Advent Geneva or similar systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
