Job Description

Job Responsibilities of the Senior Fund Associate:

  • Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages in line with internal standards
  • Liaise with investment managers, brokers, auditors, and custodians
  • Manage fund data including onboarding, closures, and updates
  • Handle fee processing, billing entries, and client invoicing
  • Support monthly revenue accrual calculations and reporting
  • Generate management reports including KPIs, AR, and profitability
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry, transaction processing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with global teams to meet service delivery timelines

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Fund Associate, should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Years of experience in financial services or fund accounting
  • Exposure to hedge funds or private equity preferred
  • Strong communication skills for global stakeholder interaction
  • High attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling
  • Knowledge of Advent Geneva or similar systems is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid, fast-paced setup
