  • Analyse gaming and player data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Develop and implement player segmentation strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct reinvestment and yield management analysis to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with casino operations teams to improve gaming performance through data-driven insights.
  • Utilise business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau for reporting and visualisation.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
  • Support decision-making with comprehensive data analysis and revenue management insights.
  • Maintain and update SQL databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Gaming Analyst should have:

  • Proficiency in gaming analytics, player analytics, and customer analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue optimisation and yield management practices.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
