This role supports end-to-end Record-to-Report activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple regions. You will take ownership of complex general ledger processes, working closely with global stakeholders and driving continuous improvements.

Job Description

  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries in SAP with accuracy and compliance
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain account schedules
  • Execute accruals, cost allocations, and other GL adjustments
  • Review trial balances and analyse variances or fluctuations
  • Support financial reporting, consolidation, and account analysis
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders across EU

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior GL Analyst should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in general ledger or R2R accounting
  • Strong experience in month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Background in shared services or multinational companies preferred
  • Experience with SAP/S4HANA or ERP systems is an advantage
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
